7 STAGES OF OUR WORKFLOW
1. PLAN
A SOLID BASE TO A GOOD WEBSITE
When it comes to planning, we will need as much information about your business as possible to create a mock-up of your website. A mock-up is a detailed document which sets out in detail how your website will work and behave.
Although we will have a detailed questionnaire from you, we may need even more information to fully understand your business and get your message out there. Don’t worry, we’ll let you know what we need from you and when to deliver it to us, to let the process run as smoothly as possible.
We will provide you with an overview of our works and tell you when to expect your website to be ready for publishing.
There are so many factors that determine the estimated time when the website will be ready for publishing, therefore we can only tell you an estimated time, not an exact one.
Of course, if you need your website published before a specific date, we will work as hard as possible to not let you down, but the timescale needs to be realistic. We will never promise anything we don’t deem realistic like the many web agencies who promise golden eggs and don’t end up fulfilling their promises.
2. RESEARCH
LET US KNOW YOUR BUSINESS
This is the part where we perform our own research about your business. We will check the market niche you are on, check your competitors and identify your customers. Then we will know how your website should look to beat your competitors and stand out with your products/services.
Of course, you will be a big part of our work all the time, your vision and suggestions are very important to us.
If you have done your market research already and you don’t want us to help you in this process, we will strictly follow your plan, but you can always count on our advice.
Please remember not everyone will like the same things, so when creating your website, we will always try to please the most important people for your business – your customers.
3. DESIGN
THIS IS WHEN THE REAL FUN BEGINS!
We will get out our full creativity and build your website mock-up.
This is like a website prototype where you can see each page design, look and interaction. You will be able to test how it works on mobile and desktop devices and work with us to improve it before we move to the building stage.
4. BUILD
LET'S PUT EVERYTHING TOGETHER
It’s time to bring your website to life. We will create a fully functional system to bring your audience to your business and build your subscribers list. Having a huge subscriber database will make your email marketing extremely effective and the best place to do this is your website.
At the end of this stage your website will be fully functional and ready for testing.
5. TEST
LONG AND DEEP TESTING AHEAD!
We will also provide you with the link to our testing environment and ask you for any final feedback or suggestions you might have.
Every final touch should be implemented at this stage, before we launch your website.
6. LAUNCH
YOUR WEBSITE IS LIVE! HURRAY!
It is finally time to launch your website and publish it on the internet!
Your website is fully working for your clients now so you can grow your business, share the links to your website or run the traffic campaigns on social media to bring the audience to your website.
All your business emails are fully functional now, you can manage your website dashboard, add or delete the products, write blog posts, change the content, update your images, watch the traffic statistics and many more.
